Sports Methodology LAB brings KIMET tools closer to Rugby Academy coaches

The purpose of the meeting was to bring KIMET's tools closer to the technical staff and to show them in a practical way how these tools can be integrated into their daily work.
T-Manager and the new Planning, protagonists of the program
During the meeting, a presentation of T-Manager KIMET's digital tactical blackboard was held, showing coaches the possibilities it offers to create their different functionalities and tasks, and visually represent exercise and playful situations.
In addition, the technicians were able to learn about the new planning, deepening its main functionalities and the possibilities it offers to organize and plan the work of the teams throughout the season.
The program provided an opportunity to resolve questions and, above all, to explain in a practical way how they can complement the methodological work of their coaches.
Technology also adapted to rugby
One of the objectives of the LAB Sports Methodology is to be able to transfer and adapt the tools and processes developed to the specific needs of each type of sport.
This meeting is a new step in working with rugby, now making the tools directly available to under-16 and under-18 coaches to start using them within their sporting reality.
LAB continues to support technicians and coordinators in this process, combining methodology, planning and technology to further improve the daily work of the teams.
